Wow! Never experienced such disgusting service. This place is a disgrace! It deserves no stars. The food is awful to say the least but don't complain to them they will yell at you to leave and threaten to call security. And to top that off as I walked away in total shock they yelled at me infront of their staff and other customers to "go change my outfit". I'm surprised they didn't resort to other childlike abuses like pulling my hair. Pathetic!! Westfield should seriously look at who they allow to operate businesses within their center.
Was a regular here for a short time last year due to location and convenience. The only decent food seeming to be the sweets, even down to the unapologetic staff, I've never encountered a ruder management. The coffee is overpriced and under inspired, and the pricing of the food is just ridiculous!
The food is horribly overpriced, the service is worse, I can't knock their employees though, they were always lovely, even though they seemed to have a high turnover rate of employees, but the other staff is something else entirely, I have never encountered unprofessional people like these, neither here or in the US. I will never go there again.
We were passing through town and stopped here for a drink.
I have never in my life seen management treat a guest so appallingly..
The management clearly have no clue when it comes to customer service or repeat customer service...which I guess they probably don't have to worry about anyway.

We went on holidays to Victoria and decided to go to Geelong. We had coffee at Madison Lounge in Geelong and we were traumatized with the way the wait staff treated us. Not only did we waited for our food for a long time and when we inquired where is our order, a staff started to point finger at my husband coz staff thought that my husband said was ridiculous. My husband said " this is ridiculous" and then the staff said to my husband" let's step outside and sort it out ". Another wait staff stepped up and said to us, "you need to leave". We were really planning to leave anyway and just wanted a refund for the food that was never delivered at all. The customer service is really appalling.this is a shame on Geelong as we will never go back to Geelong and we will spread the word.
