I had a Brivis ducted heater installed by Maroondah Heating and cooling 5 years ago, suddently it stopped working. I called a service man come to have a look, he found out that the unit was wrongly installed so the water from the roof reaked into the unit shorted circute the main board. I reported to them just to have the director Steve rang back blame that someone knocked the unit (it is in the roof space) made it leaked without come and looked at it, he said I have to pay if I want him to send someone, he completely avoid the responsibility and have no attempt to fix it. I am very disappointed and would never use them again.

Had problem with loose ducting of evaporative cooler system . Rang to discuss and was told that as they had not installed the sysrem they would probably replace the lot. In other words they do not do repairs. Rang another company in Eltham who came and inspected the problem and 20 miniues later the problem was solved. This mob 's customer service below standard required.

You try to support local businesses but sometimes its just not worth it. Having worked in the service industry for over 3o years I find it bizzare that they want to charge $50 for the pleasure of quoting. Lucky it wasn't difficult to find another option.
