McDonald's

The management here are quite lovely. The staff seem really nice with a few exceptions. Problem is they're always out of stock, the staff are always running around like chickens with their heads cut off and worst of all the customers ALWAYS have to wait long periods of time.

Either the store management or the bosses or the licensees (and I suspect all) are clueless about customer service or they just don't care about their customers enough to want to provide good service.

I worked in mcdonalds when I was 15-19 years old and I tell you I've never seen such a poorly staffed store I actually feel sorry for those behind the counter staff you can literally see the stress on their faces. I don't know what happened to McDonald's I feel they used to try and provide good service and now they just don't care.

Well I read the previous reviews and didn't expect much. But I was there on Friday 18th (last week) and the store had amazing staff, really friendly, polite and helpful too. The food was actually prepared in the kitchen I could see a staff member making it as I waited. Service was quick and meal was reasonably hot and fresh.



This store has had a major turn around from the comments of the past in my opinion. Give it a go

As a local I must say this store is by far the worst McDonalds store in the area. This store refuses to make their food the traditional way, meaning off the grill. They will only make food from its warmer trays, food that has-been sitting there for up to 30 mins.



The arguments I have had at this store just to get my food fresh from the griller has ended up with McDonalds Australia suggesting I dont visit this store in future as the franchise owner is not willing to provide their product in the manner in which I the customer requires.



In other words, false advertise the product as freshly made but not freshly cooked. My opinion, go to Oakleigh or southland and stay away from this Ormond store. Unless you like cold food of course.
