new to the salon, i was instantly put off within the first 2 minutes of arriving for my appointment......was told i couldn't get what i wanted done because i was only allocated a certain amount of time. i should have walked out then & there because it was a rush rush job to get my 'do' done before the next client. i walked out of the salon $160 less, got exactly what i didn't want & now feeling anxious because i have to go back & complain about it!
I would not recommend this place at all. The service was extremely basic. I had to ask for something to drink and read. There was no head massage and to top it off- I specifically asked for no hair dry and they did so anyway which I thought might have been complimentary- however they still charged me $20 for drying off my hair when I went to pay. Not happy at all!
