I had an unfortunate experience with the staff when getting my car battery changed. They accidentally broke my car key and declined to help with the damaged key. Moreover, they held me responsible for the poor condition of the key. I had to spend $230 to replace the key. I would not suggest their service to anyone, and the franchise owner, Luke, was impolite and uninterested in taking accountability for their work quality.
Not happy at all, poor customer service and unhonest service , paid $13 to cut a new blade for my car and it didn't even turn the ignition and went back to him to fix it up but he didn't do anything and told me that not much he can do about it because it's already been cut !! Wasted my time and my money and left the kiosk upset customer ! Would never come back there or family or friends ! Worst place to cut your key ! Inexperienced staff .... don't go there !
Terrible terrible terrible.
I had 2 rings engraved. One ring was the correct spelling one was wrong. Both were jot in capital letters as I requested.
Shoddy workmanship and no pride taken whatsoever.....the scraps of gold from the engraving hadn't even been wiped off. $600 of jewelry ruined.
