Montague Farm Medical Centre is the current RACGP: SA General Practice of the Year. It is an accredited practice with GPs, nurses and an allied health team.

Based in the northern suburbs serving the suburbs of Pooraka, Mawson Lakes, Ingle Farm, Para Hills and Walkley Heights.

We have onsite IMVS Pathology and Blood Collection, physiotherapy, dietitian, podiatrist, audiologist, diabetes nurse educator, lifestyle counsellor and mental health clinician. The allied health team is there to support our GPs to provide good continuity of care.

We provide a full range of general practice services including chronic disease management with all our nurses trained to conduct health assessments. We provide onsite ECG, spirometry, cryotherapy and skin checks. We also provide telehealth consults offered by dermatologists and cardiologists. We provide travel medicine services, minor procedures like IUD and implanon, women's and children's health and we have three ante-natal shared care GPs. We run a unique multi-disciplinary weight management clinic run by one of our GPs involving our nurses and allied health team on a Tuesday night starting at 7pm.
