The Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler has been a Sydney icon for over 30 years and as a finalist in the 2015 Australian Small Business Champion Awards (Tourism category), the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler as a must do daytrip for any Sydneysider or visitor of the region.
Boarding the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler at the Tench Reserve Jetty, the old-style paddlewheeler churns through the river at a relaxing pace with picturesque views of Jacaranda Trees and the sound of the paddles lapping up the water.
Many people go to restaurants for the usual dining experiences. Nepean Belle serves up quality meals whilst cruising down the river, adding a new element of excitement to the experience. And the food does not disappoint.
Specialties on the boat for lunch include barbecue chicken with chefs seasoning, glazed leg ham platter, sauteed potato with creamy mild cheese sauce, and a selection of delicious salads served in a buffet style. Dinner cruises come in themes with 3 course menus and a special seafood menu on specific nights with baked snapper and fresh king prawns served with the roast specials.

This is the gem of Nepean Tourism. Used to live in the district and attended a number of functions on this lovely Paddlesteamer. And yes of course the Nepean River makes for a nice backdrop but in my opinion, it is more the hard working family team and their dream brought to life that makes the Nepean Belle so unique and special. The music onboard by the Captain was a treasured delight. Nice to be a passenger onboard a local family's dream. Congratulations on continued brilliance and success.
