Nerang Tyre & Mechanical

Awful to the extreme. Purchased a set of Continentals plus fitting for caravan trip with family. On the Bruce highway a rear tyre burst putting my young family in extreme danger. At our destination the tyres where inspected by Kmart auto where it was found that 2 more tyres where in danger of failure. NERANG TYRE AND MECHANICAL refused to assist until I returned the tyres to them. A new set of GOODYEARs where purchased at my expense and we lugged the faulty tyres on the roof rack back to NERANG TYRE and MECHANICAL only to be told that I must have done something to the tyres. No refund, No apology, nothing. If you are the owner of this business you should know that this is unacceptable and you deserve any criticism or public shaming coming to you. Not happy with the service they couldn't get me out of there fast enough even though I wasn't happy with the end result. You obviously need to spend more than $500! Next time I will use a RACQ approved repairer.
