Fantastic service!! I just wanted to say thank you to Sharron - the store owner - for her outstanding level of customer service. She was genuinely interested in helping me find a suitable lounge and ensured that the lounge was delivered within 3 days of purchase! Plus is looks perfect!. It was so refreshing to receive such great service, thank you, and keep up the great work Oz design Belrose!!

I littered through here having a browse and by the time I left I could have furnished my whole house. Loved all the chairs and lounges and cushions and decorations in general. Everything was light in colour and just felt so fresh.

I have bought an oak tv unit from this store before, took 3month for it to come, and it arrive with damage top and they refuse to exchange or refund.

I wont recommend to go back to this store.

I really like The furniture at oz design but would not recommend the Belrose store. I would sooner travel to Castle Hill to make my purchases. Having purchased two stools i found they were both damaged when i opened them up at home within an hour of leaving the shop, i contacted them to advise of this immediately. The management was very rude and advised me that they weren't damaged when they left the store ! They are rude,patronising,and lacks any knowledge of customer service. The replacement two stools that i did get were also damaged so i ended up getting my money back. I will not be buying from the Belrose store again. I'd travel that bit further if you are looking for good customer service.
