Picket Lane is in the heart of Bowral being a short stroll to all the main shops, cafes, amenities and entertainment yet we are quite secluded on 3/4 of an acre to provide you with the best of both worlds.Family owned and operated. Ideal for a family holiday or three couples, we can offer you a home away from home. The cottage is large, fully renovated; fully furnished and separate from the main house so you have all the privacy you need but with the assistance of your hosts close at hand. We are flexible in offering a self-contained B&B experience for the weekend or for a longer stay holiday letting accommodation. We can accommodate up to six people with two Queen rooms, two bathrooms and an inner spring sofa.Basic toiletries are supplied as well as a breakfast hamper and some cooking provisions. Bendooley Street is Bowral's civic centre so we are surrounded by shops, restaurants, museums, churches, library and medical facilities with the cinema, railway station, Bradman Oval and Corbett Gardens literally a short walk away.After a full day exploring the beautiful highlands you can take a soak in the spa bath, unwind in front of the ambient fireplace at the flick of a switch, take a stroll through the old orchard that bears fruit in spring, explore the tree lined streets in colourful autumn, enjoy the abundant bird life and the laugh of the many Kookaburra’s who call Bowral home, have a family barbecue in the courtyard, sit back and enjoy our LCD TV, rediscover your baking flare in our modern kitchen or in winter roast marshmallows around an outdoor fire.
