The vanilla slice is the bomb!! Light flakey pasty and lots of creamy custard - what more could you want? If you know anyone driving past the area, it's work asking them to do takeaway!

Mmm, mmm mmm!!!! Absolutely devine. There pies and pasties are so good, you have to go back for more!! Great range of cakes and extensive range of pies. I recently had a lamb and rosemary pie and I can still taste the flakey, crispy pastry, the hot melt-on-your-mouth lamb and the burst of flavour from the delicious rosemary. The only problem is everything is so popular, they sell out really, really quickly :(

I recently went to Bowral and saw scores of people lining up in this little patisserie and then some others sitting in the courtyard area devouring little pastries. I took a peek in and if I wasn't on my way to have lunch, I would have indulged.

I was in the Southern Highlands again last weekend, and was eager to make the trip to Bowral to satisfy my sweet tooth. A few locals and ex-locals we were staying with recommended their cakes, creme brulee and chocolate mousse, so I was definitely intrigued. The BEST place for cakes and pasteries in the area, guaranteed to walk out with more than you went in for ! All the creations are devine and need to be eaten straight away !
