Of all of the places to choose in Bowral I was unlucky to pick this one. The food is terrible. Ceaser salad with grated cheese no anchovies. Surcharge on a Sunday and the management is one of the worst individuals I have ever encountered in my life. Other takeaways rates 5 stars compared to this.
Very disappointing and not very good service. We were charged for wedges when we asked for wedges instead of chips with a meal. The wedges were the same portion size as what would have been a chips size on the plate, so cannot understand why were were still charged for chips that we didnt receive. When i questioned this they said they do this if they have to change an order, its not like we got chips as well as wedges so why the additional charge. We didnt get sour cream & chilli sauce as well so why charge us for it. They overcharged my transaction by $2, which i didnt realise until i got home the next day 250kms away, the transaction was supposed to be $66.80 they charged me $68.80 on my credit card. When I called on the phone the next day and spoke to the management pretty much said bad luck, they dont do refunds, the machine is not set up to do it, so I would need to wait until i returned. Returned 250kms???? go figure. We were not impressed, service was ...read more
Wayyyy overpriced! More expensive then the city!!! Food was terribly cooked. Chicken in salad was dried out and greens were not fresh. Club sandwich was bland plus cheap bread was used. ONE piece of Bruschetta cost $18.90! The only good thing was a bottle of Ginger Beer available at Woolworths. Absolute waste of $65.00 for lunch!!
