My girlfriend and I stayed at the Rocks Resort over the Christmas holidays and decided to eat here on our first night. The place was almost empty but our meals still took an hour to arrive, during which time the waiter was no-where to be found when we wanted to order more drinks. When the meals did finally arrive the fish was dry and so full of bones we couldn't eat it and the Ceasar Salad was very ordinary for the price. Great location but disappointing on all other levels.

Sorry this has taken so long to write to you all. However, we just wanted to say Thank you so much. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. The food, service and set up of the reception was beyond our expectations! We loved everything! We also had some amazing feedback from guests and family too so again........... Thanks you, Thank You

I had my wedding reception here recently- I was so disappointed with the level of customer service and lack of hospitality we received on our big day. I can honestly say the staff were sour-faced and rude from the moment we arrived. So many of my guests have told me that they experienced surliness and bad attitude from most of the staff and the owner. The food was ok but definitely not enough of it for $60 per head and people left hungry. And they refused to play our well-chosen wedding music to any level that was at all audible, even the first dance/cake cutting song. These people are going to have to lift their game and learn a bit about customer service if they are going to survive as a wedding venue- there is too much competition doing it way better.
Great Food, Great service, the best beach front dinning on the coast, cocktails, coffee, wine or beer. They even have cheese platters or meat platter followed by a beautiful A La Carte menu and then the worlds best home made dessert and cakes, they even do high teas. Fresh herbs growing on the deck that the chef picks while you eat, alfresco dinning at its best, how relaxing.
