Had the worst experience at this nail salon. My nails and toenails were cluggy and unevenly painted. I noticed the next day as I was rushing to work after my nails were done. I went back the day after and was met with the worst customer service ever. First they said they'd fix two of the chipped nails and not the rest as I should have told them before I left the shop. Seriously?? My nails chipped an hour after I left. They nail technician agreed that the nail polish was too thick and that is why my nails turned out clugy. After a very intense argument they agreed to redo my finger nails but not my toenails. Really??? They used the same thick nail polish for both but I don't understand why they could only repaint my hands. If I could rate 0 I would. Ladies argued in front of me and within a week my shellac started to peel off. Went in to ask if they could fix it they were incredibly rude and refused to do anything claiming its normal for shellac. I have had shellac many times I know for a fact it is supposed to last longer than a week. Never again will I step foot into this establishment.

I have been to other Professionail outlets when I used to get acrylics, and found them to be ok. I popped past the other day to check if they did "Shellac nail polish" I had heard about. They did and, had me perfectly manicured really quickly (as I had to get to a hair appointment).

Shellac is amazing! I'm usually repainting my nails every two days but it's been a week and this stuff is still perfect!!
Prices were reasonable, the girls were efficient and smiling.

I usually go here to get acrylic nails and pedicures. Prices are reasonable, people are friendly and you are told how long your wait time is (if you have to wait at all, there are so many tables!). The quality of their work is not quite as good as some other places, but I prefer to be treated nicely.
