Service is pretty bad. I went in there and waited for 5 mins to be served. That would have been acceptable if there were customers in the store, but I was the only one in there. There were several staff members in there, but they were to busy talking. Needless to say, I walked out
Put my item in and was told it could be ready by 4pm that day but i was unable to return by that time so i told them i would be in by 10am the next day to get it. When i went in to pick up my item I felt the service was appaulling. The person behind the counter complained because the girl the day before put this item in to be collected by a certian time but (little did they know she confirmed this with the repair person) but instead of making sure it was ok the person complained to me about the lady and that they dont give out times for collection. I was very dissapointed to find a worker complaining to a customer. Bad service makes bad business
