Friendly young staff. We went here each morning for a coffee before hitting the beach.

Tucked away in a corner, thank god I come a cross this busy coffee shop ordered large latte and asked for homemade savoury bacon and onion scones and was pleased with the service, friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend if your looking or good service and friendly atmosphere

Used to be a local favorite. Just had the calamari (6 pieces of calamari and a ton of chips $17) which was terrible. I complained at the time in person and no one bothered to respond, I then called once I left and again I got no response.

The coffee has been consistently good over several years.

I go to Cafe Providore a lot and I always find it to have consistently good food - freshly cooked and well presented. Its a cafe, so don't expect gourmet dishes, but it is great for breakfast or lunch and coffees. They have reasonable prices and a reasonably good choice of dishes. I love my breakfasts there. It can get very busy, especially on the weekends and if you're not a dog lover, don't sit out on the pavement! Its very popular with dog owners as it has a lovely large area outside to eat at. Its a pleasant place to spend a sunny morning/afternoon reading the papers. Highly recommended.
