By far the worst service I have received, in any industry, ever. These guys could offer me a waterfront mansion for $100p/w and I would still say no, just not worth the hassle. From minor things (getting a response to phone messages or emails, getting repairs done), to the major (getting bond back- 3 months on and we're still being stuffed around), these guys are just the lowest of the low when it comes to running a business. Specially Adriana, the agent we dealt with, but overall were disappointed with all 'services' (or lack thereof) provided by Raine & Horne Leichhardt. Stay far, far away.
Maybe you should critise the office and not the agent and obviously there would be a reason as to why your bond would have been delayed for that long.
Thank goodness your not a tenant of their company anymore.
I feel sorry for your current Property Manager.
