Rathdowne and Reeves

Fantastic cafe, so clean and spacious. I had the Indian Scramble, it was delicious and served with a spicy chutney and tasty labne. The coffee was so good! I was very impressed and can’t wait to go back and try some other dishes. Loved it!

I was nearby, and wanted to grab something for breakfast and ended up finding this place, so I decided to check it out. Well, it was okay, but nothing hugely spectacular, namely because it was one of those cafes on the ground floor of those new appartment complexes (not that that is a bad thing, but they still come across as a little artificial where I am concerned). As it turned out it wasn't a bad place to grab some breakfast, though the coffee wasn't all that spectacular. It isn't really a place that I would be hurrying back to either, though it is generally the coffee that determines whether I come back. They also have some outdoor seating, but it isn't the style of outdoor seating that I like. The place was okay, but not fantastic.
