Didn't put my equal in, I pointed to the size coffee cup I wanted and said 'large' & they did not correct me and tell me the size I wanted was in fact Jumbo, so I instead ended up with the tiniest large ever...I didn't see the point in saying anything tho as I already felt ripped off with my coffee. Being inside a medical building you would expect them to understand they're dealing with sick people who may not have their wits about them.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience at Remedy. We have spoken with the employee at the Cafe who does remember you and your order and assures us she definitely did add equal to your coffee and offered to remake it once she realised there had been a confusion about the size, to which you declined saying it was ok. We would have been more than happy to remake the coffee if it was not to your liking and would encourage you next time to let the attendant know you are unhappy.
No one offered to remake my coffee. I asked if it was a large and try told me it was so I pointed again to what is apparently the Jumbo cup & asked what size is that then & staff responded "Jumbo, our coffee sizes are displayed up here" to which staff pointed at the line of cups on the wall that I had not seen when placing my order, and ten the staff walked away. There were two people serving and neither one offered to change my coffee to a Jumbo.
