Awful experience and complete waste of money. Thought I was paying a premium price for knowledge and good customer service. I had to constantly follow up and had no faith at all in my paralegal - Kathy who was looking after my transaction. When I called she acted like it was a bother and I had to force her to answer basic questions like she was concerned about being litigated. I read the reviews on Google being an interstate buyer however 100% advise you to look elsewhere, its just not worth it!
Totally agree: poor customer service and each conversation felt hurried and abrupt. It's a conveyancer belt layout of bulk legal work: the conveyancer I dealt with often sounded stressed and overworked.
