Cee & See Caravan Park
2 Governor Rd
Rockingham, WA, 6168
Nicely presented park with well kept grounds, grass mowed, edges done and clean and tidy. The amenities were spotless and quite new. The services for our site were at the back of the van and for our site only. A concrete slab for the van and annexe made it. Bill the manager was friendly, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. A little away from town/coffee shops etc but it only took us 20 minutes to walk in for our morning coffee. Would recommend it if staying in Rockingham
Have stayed there twice now in the last several months and the whole place has been fantastic and convenient for all our needs, as close to Rockingham central, The manager has always been very helpful though some other comments made me worried booking, I have always found him very helpful and when there was an issue with the door handle he was there very quickly to repair it. I am looking to book this weekend and i'm hoping my fury animal can come stay for the trip as I'd like to come back several time over the year
Fabulous park, very clean amenities lovely grounds, great location next to the beach, being pet friendly will stay here again. The only downside was there was noise from the grain complex next door 24 hours a day but can put up with that, my management review is mixed as we found the staff at the front desk very helpful and friendly but the the other staff was not at all friendly and didn't even answer when I spoke to them, I think that when you run a park in the holiday environment it would be nice to have friendly staff and if they are not the friendly type then should consider getting another job! Had it not been for them the park would have had a 5 star rating from me.
When I called they said pets weren't allowed. did you have a dog with you ?
Yes we had our little dog and stayed there for 3 nights, there are also several dogs living on the park, plus they are opposite the dog beach, unless they have changed their regulations!
Having recently returned to Tasmania after an extended 6 month vanning holiday of WA, I have finally decided to put pen to paper. Whilst I agree that the park as a whole is neat, clean and tidy, and the amenities and location are first rate, I tend to agree with the negative comments written here about the management (I do have some experience on this matter, as I managed a backpackers for 10 years in VIC). After initially booking for a 7 day stay, my future wife and I decided we had to leave after only 3 nights, we both found the management to be rude, overbearing running of any tourism facility. After speaking over a quiet one with some of the permanent residents, I think it is an opinion held by quite a few. Staying in such an idyllic location should be an enjoyable experience, definitely not a negative one.
