Not impressed by Kia Rockingham customer service. Booked car with Kia. recently moved from interstate was not aware that in WA there is no cooling off period. Anyways we trusted on KIA name and signed the contract without noticing “no cooling off” as was expecting great customer service. Contacted KIA Rockingham gentleman refused to refund the deposit and pointed towards no cooling off period. When I go through in detailed to contract find out on delivery date was mentioned TBA ( no date mentioned) whereas we been promised to deliver the car in July.
Overall we signed the contract without reading (big mistake) just because of Brand name. Really disappointed the customer service we had will not ever visit or trust on brand name.
Avoid at all costs.
Having agreed upon a small $300 off the asking price of a used vehicle, I handed over my licence and credit card details for a contract to be sent to me.
At this point, I thought it was safe to mention that it was good timing, because my car had broken down that day.
Wrong. Never give a shark a whiff of blood.
5 minutes later, I receive a call indicating that the "manager" had decided that I actually needed to pay the full price.
I declined.
The following day, guess what? $500 discount offered via Car Sales (sent to all people following the car). You couldn't script it any better.
I'd give this unscrupulous operation zero stars, if it was possible.
STAY AWAY FROM ROCKINGHAM MITSUBISHI. Wow what can I say. I bought a car took it for a service. Only to find out that they only tick boxes and give you the car back nothing was touched. I was charged as if it was a major service. I could probably get a major service done cheaper than that. I was given a hire car, they said the hire car was not going to be charge yet they did charge me for it and said they will credit it on the next service. Worst of all make sure you leave nothing in your car my navigation cd went missing. They also took out my 9 pin connection which they said it never existed. I also reviewed them on the facebook page which they have taken of and started a complete new page.LOL quite funny acctually because now they only have a few post.
