Thank you for all your help Rogue Wolf in a stressful situation when no other removal company wanted to help me. Sometimes crises arise when help is needed urgently and you put your values towards helping me and my family. Definitely be recommending you to everyone.

This business changed owners in July 2013 and if you check their website have good reviews. I got them to pack and move my elderly mother and have nothing but praise for the service and professionalism I received. I saw these comments prior to booking them and asked questions from the below comments and this is how I know about the changed in business. Keep up the good work guys!

We used this company for a full packing and removal service in May 2013. On the first day we were promised two packers, only one arrived, our packer was stressed and quite vocal about the mismanagement and pressure they are placed under and during our packing was bombarded by phone calls to be elsewhere. They use a truck on an hourly rate and eek it out to charge you as much as possible, what should have been packed the day before we paid to be packed by them with a van on an hourly rate.Then before they would leave a staff from rogue called one of the employees and they demanded I give them my credit card details or the van would not leave, bear in mind its on an hourly rate. Note this is in breach of contract, payment was not due until the next day when final clean at our rental was concluded. WARNING DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Hired Rogue Wolf to pack and unpack all my brand new furniture and move it 7 minutes up the road. I came home to an absolute shambles!!!, a hole the size of my fist was in my tv buffet stand, stainless steel fridge dented and scratched, chips and dents out of my coffee table, chips out of my bedside tables, a whole room still filled with boxes that were unpacked, bathroom cupboard a mess with butcher paper thrown in it. Kingsize bed not put together properley, the even ripped out the microwave frame to fit my microwave in, it was heartbreaking. I took them to court and I won!!. They refused to accept any responsiblity they refused to pay for anything via there insurance as they didnt want there premiums to go up. Showed arrogance and then tried to discredit me in court.
