Took payment for an $8k Roland printer and then made up a bunch of excuses as to why the ETAs for delivery werent being met. Blamed Roland once, then said they couldnt deliver during my opening hours, said she had spoken to couriers and so on. 2 weeks into this I spoke to Roland directly and they hadn't heard from these guys for over 6 months. At this point they told me that they couldn't fulfill the order because they weren't allowed to take payments over $1k from credit card over the phone. And it gets worse... I was then told that to get my money back I'd have to go to my bank and ask for a chargeback on the payment because when they tried to process the refund it wasn't working. Be warned, if you're buying something expensive from these guys call their supplier and make sure they actually have a relationship with them first.
Bought the silver textile vinyl to use on my Roland cutter to cut out words for bridal shower shirts. Worked great and way cheaper than getting custom made shirts.
The material is really shiny and stands out.
Sticks really well. I have washed my shirt multiple times and the vinyl is still in place with no chipping or falling off.
Tried to charge me $95 for after-product support on software which we bought from Roxcell. We went to Signtechnologies and got that support for free. Very poor service and support. Only interested in taking your money.Ira is greedy and mean probably best suited to small home-based-hobby businesses but not to SMEs. Terrible experiences with this un-professional busines.
