I recently bought a dress from SANA boutique. The experience left me devastated. It was supposed to have been my wedding dress which was to be dry cleaned by them. They damaged the dress and then expressed surprise as to why I was unhappy and wanted a refund! I was left with only 1 month to find my new wedding dress. Very surprisingly the owner would not agree to compensate for what was a damaged dress although they were most helpful in telling me how to 'fix' the damaged dress at my own expense. I was most disappointed. I had to buy another wedding dress as I could not wear theirs. Despite having some lovely clothes and accessories I would not describe them as a 'high end' fashion store as I don't believe they do not have the integrity and customer service skills one would expect.
