Sarina Russo Job Access - Head Office

I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Sarina Russo Disability Employment Service, Jobactive and the professional service in Hervey Bay.
I am due to start paid work in January, and although I have sourced my own position, the staff have been there to pick me up when I was feeling low and or sad. Nicole Norris is amazing as is her team, I mainly dealt with Iris, Greg and Mark. All have shown professionalism and ongoing supports. The Site manager made contact with me regarding an issue I had at one stage and was validated and supported. I see Leandra (Psychologist), she is also of great value to me and my mental health. I am hoping that Sarina herself will acknowledge the people I have mentioned and reinforce the positive impact they are all having on the local community with their compassion, understanding, respect and commitment to ongoing support. I would like to lodge a complaint against Epping Victoria branch on behalf of my son he called them today around lunchtime to say he couldn't make it he was going to work, these people (Mary) do not listen he has told her repeatedly that the best time for him is AM time is best and they repeatedly book him for PM and he works PM why is these people who are supposed to help are dictators they do not listen and are non helpful so he calls says can't make it lunchtime and gets a text 20mins ago it is 5.53pm saying he's missed appt payments are stopped
