Wished I'd read the other reviews before signing up. Whatever you do don't go with this guy. Promised splashback in 2 weeks. Took 10. Didn't even rock up on a number of set times. Numerous fake excuses. Finally caught him at his office. Only completed the job after I warned him in no uncertain terms. Unfortunately I paid up before the job commenced. Big mistake. KEEP AWAY.

If i could leave 0 stars i definitely would. Duane is unprofessional and the most unreliable tradesperson i have come across. A shower screen replacement took 2 months to finalise.
Did not show up at scheduled time on 3 occassions with no phone call or apology! I had to contact him each time to find out where he was. Excuses after excuses each time. Always someone elses fault. Also caught out in a lie by saying he was at another job of the same name, however i called the lonsdale office and he was there! Very poor. No respect for other peoples time at all. Arrogant to say the least. Not only the no shows on multiple occassions but the wrong colour screen was ordered and installed. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Go somewhere more reputable and reliable. One of the worst most unprofessional companies and tradies I've ever dealt with.
First kitchen splashback fitted, after me chasing up with him why a 2-3 wk job took closer to 6, only to find it was crooked as the space wasn't quite square and he'd measured incorrectly. Offered SOME money back or a replacement. Stupidly opting for the replacement, it was fitted yesterday after 3 months!!!! He did not call me once and every phone call I made to him got me cock and bull stories, always someone else's fault, promises of call backs that never came. Finally yesterday we had it fitted.
The complete lack of customer service from this guy and his company was unbelievable, and you can be sure I will NEVER use his services again, not recommend him to anyone!!!

This would be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered shower screen and mirror on 16 August and stated that it would need to be fitted 2nd week of Sept as my other bathroom was being renovated and I would need a shower. I had to chase this company and found out that the shower screen had not even been ordered. I was told lie after lie with excuses as to why it was not completed. Today I finally got my mirror installed and the rest of shower screen that was the wrong measurement when fitted last Friday. The door won't close properly (swings back and forth without locking in place) but told that this is the design. No apology from this company and no return phone calls. If it had not been for a very cooperative and concerned receptionist I don't think I would have my shower/mirror today. Save yourself the headache choose another reputable company.

We went with this company due to good reviews on the internet. Sadly, we were disappointed. Did not turn up to first appointment and was late for second one with no apology or phone call. Then left a mess to clean up including broken glass inside and outside.
