If I had checked these reviews prior to visiting this store it would have saved me a significant amount of stress and disappointment. The sales staff requested a deposit almost one quarter of the full purchase price and told me that my furniture would be in in approx 2 weeks. After weeks and then months (4 in total) of attempting to call as well as visit this store I found the staff to be rude and uncompromising. The arrival date extended by 6 weeks, then another 6 weeks with no guarantee they would arrive at this time. I was repeatedly told that if I cancelled my order I would forfeit a portion of my deposit as stated in the "contract" I had signed. I was also told that they were unable to give me a date as to when my item would arrive as it would depend on shipping. I should have known better when the salesman directed me to the eftpos machine in the centre to get $200 deposit in cash. It then took 7 weeks, 2 phone calls and one visit to the shop to have my item delivered. I asked a friend to be at my house to take delivery as I was unable, and left the remaining $500 in cash.When I arrived home, I saw that it was badly damaged and had an extremely unpleasant odour.When I phoned the salesman at the store to tell him that the bookcase had large dents that had been painted over and cracks in the back (the light can be seen coming through) he told me that it was a "rustic" piece of furniture. I insisted that it was not rustic but damaged. He told me to SMS him pictures and then hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP.

Paid for mine over a month ago and they still haven't delivered it. Every time I call or visit them, they always say they will deliver it in a few days time, but it never arrives. I will never go near this store again.
