Poor service never deliver the parcel we use alot for work and they always put a card in the closed gate that is not the entry or if i am with a customer leave a card on desk dont even try to deliver parcels.
even at home you dont go out waiting for something only to find a card in the mailbox.
do they just take the cards and deliver them and leave parcels at depot..
their office is just as hard to deal with dont even call them they wont help.
Shame on Star Track and any organisation who allows their customers to be subjected to sub standard services. I had received confirmation through Star Tracks tracking system that my parcel was with the driver for same day delivery. I waited all day then at 3:49pm I noticed an update stating that the item had been returned to the depot. After ringing Star Track to find out what has occurred all they could confirm was that yes it has been returned but did not know why. I requested a call to see what they were going to do to resolve the issue as no attempt to deliver was made nor a reason as to why not. Needless to say I did not receive a call and was unable to contact them again by phone due to their limited service hours. On the next day I called at 8am sharp and was on hold for 22 minutes. I agree. Hopeless. Drivers dont knock or try to deliver. Just leave cards. Then the phone service refuses to tell you where the depot is (in Cairns) and you have to wait for a phone call that never comes. Phoned twice further still say they dont know the address or phone number of depot for pickup. Wont give me the details either so I can contact them. Apparently a secret!!!!Over a week now since card left still no item..
As other reviews the customer service levels of this company are poor to say the best They dont have contact with there drivers and expect the recipient of the item to contact them and chase the item. Re arranged delivery after failing to make contact when I was home to receive parcel. At new delivery time expected found after contacting them item was not even on truck???? No customer service to assist. even had a investigator assigned who failed to make contact or explain. Avoid
