After over 20 years of association/interaction as an owner in more than one strata complex, I found Strata Specialists to be a business with a human heart (rare to find).
Nisha and others have always gone above and beyond in their dealings with me.

I was an owner in a complex with Strata Specialists. This company is extremely profesional and qualified. About seven years ago we needed to find another Strata company to manage our complex, after looking around we asked Strata Specialists if they would manage our complex. This was the best decision we did. Our old Strata Manager had not done a very good job and we were in a very bad place financally. Nisha, Anne and the team worked with us to be able to do many major repairs that needed to be done and to get us in a much better position financially.

Strata Specialists manage the complex that my investment property is in. I have had dealings with them for more than 19 years now. I have found Anne, Nisha, Krystal and the rest of the team to be very responsive and always helpful. The fees are reasonable, and they do a terrific job. They have even assisted my long-term tenant directly during a water pipe emergency, which is unheard of in Strata management. I live interstate and haven't always been able to visit the property to see issues. But I've always felt secure that Strata Specialists are overseeing the complex extremely competently. I don't hesitate to recommend their services.

Like other owners and tenants in the complex, have found them unhelpful and unprofessional You might find they are a few dollars cheaper than others, but you don't get any service, I mean none - just invoices - even then not reliable. 18 months later, still waiting for an annual AGM, unable to process invoices properly, cause friction between tenants and owners, don't seem to follow due process, return calls, emails staff cant seem to separate professional and personal conduct. Nightmare of an organisation and total reason why I am selling my unit. BTW, our levies are double that of any similar building in Rockingham, there are a few of us with questions of where is it going, where is it being spent, but i guess if you don't have an AGM every 12 months, questions we would want to raise cant be answered.
