My mother was on an emergency phone call, and she was not served by one of the employees. When I went back to give some feedback and I spoke with the manager/owner, I was treated like a criminal. My mother doesn't speak English so she just put the ticket and the monies owed on the counter whilst talking to my sister. The person behind the counter did not even turn around or acknowledge her at all until my mother hung up. When I went there to speak to the owner, she was absolutely disgusting. I said to her that if it's company policy (pretty sure it's not) that they don't serve customers on the phone, they should put up a sign. Clearly these people have enough business to be treating people like rubbish. There are plenty of other places that would be happy with the clientele. As a result, I am making an effort to write this review.

Hi Lana, sorry to hear about your experiance. I know your mother as she has come to our store many times which means she has been happy with our quality and service.. We believe we offer the best possible service and quality dry cleaning and we treat all customers with the utmost respect and ackowledge our customers by welcoming them on approaching our counter and wishing them a good day on leaving. All we ask in return is that we are also treated with some respect. We may be the other side of the counter but we also deserve some respect and acknowledgement for the service we provide, neither of which can be made when on the phone. It is not company policy but just being polite in that we wait till the customer is off the phone before we serve.

Worst customer service ever. Went in today to drop off 15 pieces (combination of jackets and pants). With a surly attitude by the staff behind the counter asked how many suits. I replied there are 15 pieces which are a combination of jackets and pants. The staff asked again how many suits this time with more attitude. I counted them in front of the staff and replied 4 jackets and 11 pants total so I guess you could say 4 suits and 7 pants. The staff scoffed at that answer. This was at 1115 am and I politely asked if I could possibly have one suit today as I need it for work tomorrow but I understand the rest would be later. The staff then nastily replied sorry same day is only before 11 am. I asked if they could please check with the dry cleaner who had finished for the day but was out the front having a smoke if it could possibly be done whilst I go to the ATM to get some money to pay for the cleaning. I very sorry to hear about your experiance. As the business I take this review very seriously. Unfortunately at the time of your visit my wife and I were having a short break during the school holidays and had temporary staff at the store. I can assure you that what you experianced is not the normal standard of service we offer.
