We booked through an online booking service and received confirmation of the booking. When we arrived at the motel to be told we had no booking, then when the management accessed the booking service and found we did have a booking, they claimed they never sent them an email.
The management was rude and condescending through the whole transaction.
After agreeing that as they didnt have the booking on their books, we would find accommodation elsewhere, we find that they then told the booking service we had not even shown up.
We found this place whilst driving through along the coast to Brisbane. It is conveniently located just off the highway & is very reasonably priced. They are pet friendly which is a godsend whilst traveling with our dog! The facilities are clean & tidy. There is a fenced area for pets with bbq's & tables. The rooms are tidy & all together very accommodating. A fabulous place to rest your head!
