The Beat Mega Club
A really fun night club with different dance floors catering to all music genres. Drinks are dirt cheap, the bar staff are really friendly and the music is generally always on point. The security can be a little uptight but I understand they want to keep the club as safe and comfortable as possible - which it always is. Probably the club with the friendliest patrons in Brisbane.
Definitely a unique environment/ atmosphere here. Drinks are cheap and the entertainment shows are definitely different. The music is a bit more on the ‘pop’ genre and security are a little bit uptight. Cool experience but probably wouldn’t come back
I'll admit that I quite like my electronic music and I am always interested in clubs which play it. It was not only the music that caught my attention, but rather the number dance floors and rooms that this place has (and also that a good friend of mine recommended the place to me). However the catch always is that the bouncers at the door act more like guards at some secure government facility that a night club and that really puts me off places like this. It is almost as if you have to show your credentials to be able to get through security (and even then security guards at the airport are a lot friendlier). Unfortunately I was only here on a Wednesday night so there was only one bar open, as well as a couple of outdoor areas, and also the place was pretty empty.
