The Car Stop

After visiting numerous car dealers over the past month, dealing with Wayne at The Car Stop made for a refreshing change and resulted in the purchase of a fantasic vehicle.
Good old fashioned polite and honest service. No pressure salesmanship and happy to answer any question, no matter how minor. Wayne has obviously researched the histories of all the vehicles he sells and I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking to buy a great used car.

I saw a car for sale on Carsales.com.au that I was pretty interested in. I wasn't looking for a dealer used car as I had heard that they were quite over priced and very forceful to deal with. However, the Territory was in great condition and had done very little km for the year (2004). It came with a full service history and had never been in any accidents. I called The Car Stop and spoke to Wayne who put me through to John to ensure that someone would be there at the time that I could make it for a test drive. John was very helpful and informative. He was not pushy at all and didn't call me unnecessarily. He was very genuine and gave my husband and I all the time and test drives we needed to make our decision. He was very honest about the best option for our financing also which I really appreciated. We live in rural Victoria (3 hours from Melbourne) and saw a car online from The Car Stop in Essendon that we wanted to buy. We weren't able to get down there and see it so we contacted Dean and he was the most helpful guy ever! He arranged for us to buy and pay for it from here, he arranged the rego transfer AND he arranged to get it transported to us for less than half the cost of what I had been quoted! And on a Tuesday morning at 10am a beautiful car arrived at our doorstep! It is the most comfortable car to drive and we know we got the best deal ever!
