As a professional contractor I have needed a good amount of maintenance for my tools, and have always been more than happy with the service, prices, and knowledge of Col and his staff.

I love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bought a Honda Trimmer from this business. Year after i bought it i was having issues with how it was running, I called Coll and told him about it. He told me to bring it in. I left it there for a day. When i went to pick it up he told me it was bad fuel and he just tipped the old fuel out and put fresh fuel in. The bill was $70. I asked why it was $70 and he said he changed the oil while he was at it. Funny thing is when i took it in to him i already told him i just serviced it and changed the oil myself. He just shrugged his shoulder. Very sneaky. Would never go there again.

My first and only contact with this business has been very unsatisfactory for which the machine has since been returned twice, it still refusing to start, indeed, the machine has more problems than before I took it there. Should you need repairs done, I earnestly recommend your finding another lawnmower business in the area.

I took my mower in to get a service & replace a broken blade. 10 days later when they still hadn't called me to say they were done I called them and they said it would be ready that night. I picked it up, paid the $140, started it and got 2m before 2 blades rattled loose. Yes... 2 blades. Considering getting there when they're only open when everyone including myself is at work and I left early to pick it up this is EXTREMELY frustrating!

Took my mower to them and asked to get it repaired as it wasn't running well and hard to start. I informed them that I serviced it and only needed a new spark plug, but because it was under warranty I took it there to make sure it was just that. I left it there as they were busy and came back later to a large bill. I asked why it was so expensive to change a spark plug and they informed me that they serviced the mower. I told them that they were already informed the mower was service the day before. They just looked at me and waited for me to pay the bill. I also asked what the problem was and they said it was just the plug but they serviced it anyway.To be honest I just paid it as I wanted my mower back but was so upset that they would do that to someone. I would never go there again and would encourage people to go elsewhere.
