The Coffee Club
Well it was ok. The staff were friendly and the service was good but the food was a bit of a let down. Stopped there quite late in the day for them as they were sweeping when we got there and vacuuming whilst we finished our food... Husband was happy with his omelette but I had the corn and zucchini cakes off there special menu which were ok (and could have done with being hot) Wouldn't rush back.
The Coffee Club at Stocklands is situated in the new mall, occupying a very generous size space with towering ceilings and huge glass windows overlooking the stream, with grass and trees.
There are pale timbers and floor tiles, with dark stained chairs and comfortable padded sofas forming contrasts, and the "mood graphics" on the walls, adding colour. The glass display cabinet has a range of delicious cakes and wraps, rolls, filo's, croissants etc, or you can order from their extensive breakfast/lunch menu.
We ordered for brunch, a life style breakfast, toasted Turkish bread topped with 97% fat-free ham, avocado, cheese and poached eggs, served with grilled tomato, and from their chef's special board, a bacon, avocado, mushroom omelette, both orders were prepared and presented to a very high standard, with little ...read more
