The Coffee Club

Coffee terrible, burnt and watery.
Manager is a rude piece of work that needs a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. She doesn't inspire/motivate/encourage her staff, they all look miserable or scared! Disappointed that such a simple role cannot be executed by a seasoned woman. I've had teen kids manage better than she does. Does not handle feedback and does not respond respectfully or courteously when being spoken to. Have lost a lot of regulars, and free promotion by word of mouth! Bad business decision having her as manager!

We used to be regular visitors to coffee club strathpine. New staff has meant that the awful coffee is even worse now, the burnt taste is shameful. Staff will never smile at you, and they look miserable.

Attentive staff. Great service and quick. Typical menu and food prepared to a high standard.

These guys have really picked up their game. Our waitress was so friendly and obviously loves her job. She couldn't do enough for us.
The food and drinks were grwat and delivered very fast. Good choice of seating with various sized tables inside and out. Parking is shared with many other shops but generally easy to find one.
Good value for money.
Will definitely be back.

I feel a great chef or three could really help this place along. Repeated food related let downs here have really pushed me away as a customer. I do like their coffee still, but I have more convenient places to go for that.
