Food is excellent and extremely tasty. Have a good style of pizza which doesn't fill you up on toppings. Main meals are quite expensive in terms of their serving size. Good range of craft beers and ciders which are reasonably priced. This place has a very warm atmosphere even in cold nights.
Amazing experience at Tinderbox kitchen! Big group of us ordered 4 pizzas, and our waitress recommended us to try to cauliflower. A little skeptical about the cauliflower but when we tasted it we had no regrets- it was amazing. Our waitress even kindly brought us around into the kitchen to check out the wood-fired oven after our meal. Great place
This restaurant is hidden behind Harvey's on the James Street strip. A group of 6 of us went last Friday night. We ordered a mixture of pizzas and pasta, all of which were delicious and of a high quality. The atmosphere is fun and bubbly combined with very friendly efficient service. The highlight though was the spiced cauliflower ($14) with pumpkin hummus pepitas and pomegranate OMG you would consider turning vegan for this dish.
This is a great place for a casual meal that won't break the budget. The wine list is also impressive, not the usual suspects, something different for once and good champagne.
You must try the caramelised nougat ($4.50 for two pieces), we ordered 1 plate but it was so good we ordered another 3. #reviewtowin
