This is my favourite tavern to eat at. The food is great, lunch specials are around $10-$12 & include a free drink voucher for the bar & $2 cash back (for the pokies) when redeemed. Great pub meals, steaks, pasta, battered fish, etc.
The interior is long overdue for a renovation (Egyptian carpet, Mediterranean mural & columns) but the food is great, with fast & friendly service. My husband & I eat here pretty much every week.
Some renovations have been done at Treetops Tavern, with a solid wall put in to keep the gaming & dining area separate. And the Mediterranean mural is gone!
For a nice pub lunch that is cheap and comes with a free drink this is a great location. nothing fancy but then thats pub food . one down side is the service. this venue only stock plate carriers and not trained wait staff. also if your order is forgotten there is no apology and they don't actually admit to the mistake. in my eyes that detracts from the whole dining experience. still for a it is pub good cheap food.
