I had an extremely disappointing experience at Woodstock. I was given a credit note for an item i had to return, as i was not able to get a refund which i would have liked as i didn't find the service very professional. i came back later on to find something else to buy with the credit note and the staff told me that i was not eligible for any deals they had as i wasn't a first time customer, and that i would have to pay full price on any sale stock? i am hoping that Woodstock will change this policy as i do not think it is fair and would hope that they have a better approach on customer service.
Rude staff members. Management was extremely unprofessional even though they claimed to have been in retail for 25years. Would not provide refund even though a sign at the front of the store said "refund and exchange".
Would not go back there ever again. Very pushy sales team as well.
I rang head office to complain, and the person in charge hung up on me because he "didn't have time". Great way to run a business?!
