I used to make an effort to come here as opposed to shopping online or at other stores, but I don't think I'll be back after my last visit. Received the most unhelpful service I have experienced in retail in a long time - from the staff! Very offputting and inappropriate, considering retail is supposedly "doing it tough", and I have spent there often. Doesn't help that they have curbed their range of the jewellery I used to love and save up for.
