Terrible customer service! I called about a week or so ago to organize a service for my mower. I was told then that the wait was about 3 weeks but arranged to have a call back if they were able to service the mower sooner. I received a call from them yesterday afternoon. The man that called me said I could bring the mower in the next day. When I arrived, I the woman behind the counter (who initially was just quite unfriendly and unpleasant) took my deposit and told me that it would be about two weeks before the service was completed. I then started to explain about the previous discussions I had and the call I received from the man the previous day. She rudely cut me off and replied “This is my business. I dont recommend this place , after spending thousands with these guys as Im a mowing contractor , theyre after sales service is none existent , all the other contractors I know have wiped them as well due to poor service.

In reply to your comment below , that is the same poor excuse I was given every time I contacted you , customer service? the previous owner was honest, professional and very reliable .
I took my mower in under warranty. They had "fixed" it and charged me a ridiculous amount without telling me and said that it wasn't under warranty because of how I used the mower. When I argued that it was only logical they notify me before charging me. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
