Central Coast Holden Tuggerah

Today I made enquiries to get a rear window sunshade fitted to my Commodore Motorsport, and the holden website stated it is $145 with the added disclaimer 'The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for accessories and options includes GST and recommended fitting and labour costs. Actual accessory and option pricing may vary between dealers'.

I was advised (by Service) that the disclaimer also includes the cost of fitting, and the individual dealerships can charge for labour, and there is no room to move on pricing as CC Holden also has to factor in the cost of having the items freighted to the Coast from the metro area. Nothing but positive experiences when visiting these guys. Located on the main strip in amongst all the other businesses and dealerships in Tuggerah - short stroll from the train station and Westfield in case you need to get public transport. However also heaps of on site and street parking available if you need to drive.

An update to my previous review. My issue has now been resolved and a special thanks to Jess and also to Chris Craig on hearing of my problems I am pleased to say that something was actually done to resolve this issue in the end. We should of never received the lack of service that we initially received however credit where credit is due and I believe in second chances . So we will give the local guys another go . Thanks again

Absolutely disgusted by the service or lack of it that I received from Central Coat Holden at Tuggerah . Promises when I bought the car that I would be always looked after very well was an absolute joke. My car broke down and I was told I had to wait over two weeks for someone to even look at it let alone fix it and if I wanted a loan car it would be $55 a day . I broke down after being told by Holden on Friday afternoon that my car was fine to drive no issues with the alternator it must have been the battery. My one year old baby and 3 other children were in the car and we were totally stranded that same weekend. The lack of empathy shown by ' Wayne ' was abhorrent and we will never ever set foot into central coast Holden Tuggerah again shame on you . Customer BEWARE, avoid using Central Coast Holden Tuggerah at all costs. Excessive service costs and shoddy workmanship is just the tip of the iceberg. This business has no grasp on customer experience/service at all and they only view you as a piggy bank. I have had 4 experiences with the service team after buying a brand new holden. I was promised everything under the sun by the sales team only to find out time after time that once you are committed these false promises would not be honored. Please do your research and look elsewhere.
