Not a company you want to deal with, had a couple of issues with them with a chainsaw I had purchased from them and was still under warranty, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. But the final straw was when I took my sthil blower in for not running , paid for a check and they said it would cost almost as much to fix as it would to buy a new one. By chance when I was in Armadale mowers a few weeks later, a guy came in with the same problem, there and then, at no charge, they pulled out a small external filter and fixed the problem immediately. When I went home I took the filter from my machine and it worked perfectly. I went back to Coastline mowers and told them the story and they just were not interested. Unfortunately in the interim I had wasted money buying a new blower, as you can immagine it was not from Coastline Mowers.

First off I have to say that service from these guys is second to none! About a month ago I bought a new chain for my chainsaw. Just recently I tried to fit the chain - it had the right amount of links, but would not fit in the groove of the bar. I rocked up to the shop expecting 50 questions to get a replacement - nothing of the sort. One of the guys looked at the chain, recognised straight away that it was the wrong one, grabbed another off the shelf, and fitted it for me on the spot! No receipt checks, no nothing!



Great service guys - that's what will keep me coming back!
