Cutloose Surf Products & Distributors

I been coming to Cutloose for my surf gear for 25 years. Just went in there the other day for the first time in while, they've change the layout and extended another section for mals n SUP's.... makes the shop looks heaps bigger. They've still got heaps of boards, they look pretty sick... not sure who's shaping them now-a-days. Heaps of wetties, leggies, tail pads, booties, wax ... everything you need for a surf! Got served by a young lady, but she knew here stuff real well and had some good points about what board I should get

The shop itself is quite big, covers all the surf brands at prices similar to what you'd find shopping in a retail mall - JR's, Jetty Surf etc. Generally when I see something I like in one of these stores, not available in my size, I can come here and find it straight away.



The guys here have a good 2nd hand board selection (separate room dedicated solely to the 2nd handers) - worth keeping an eye on for a bargain if you know what you're after.



For a brand new board the guys just up the road at Mid Coast Surf were much more helpful. The assistant (older, more knowledgeable and definitely more experienced) gave me great no-nosense advice on exactly what I needed.



The young assistant here, whilst obviously a surfer, couldn't impart that knowledge and explain exactly what I needed.
