Dome Coffees

I have always liked the coffee at the dome and I do like the club sandwich. When you our on the road its a good place to stop in and have a affordable meal and coffee. I tend to agree that the dome in Hillarys is always busy and they never seem to have enough staff and the table are always full or still dirty from the previous customers. Great coffee, just need to improve on service and wait times

I do like the leather chairs and because they're so busy, there's a good vibe. Food is consistently good. Great place to meet girlfriends. Sometimes they are a bit slow to clear tables and sweep the floor but generally good service.

I putted one star because the room wasn't ugly



But for the service, 0, as it was long for a single sandwich (more than 30 minutes)



And 0 for the sandwich that was trully awfull... a fresh baguette sandwich like this... as i'm french i was happy to find baguettes here (especially fresh!)



But my deception when i saw this, weird colour, not cracky (it was in a cool room i guess, or in a bag for hours or days...), wasn't fresh at all, i threw away the sanwich, and went back home for eating



I'd prefer to pay more, and have just a fresh baguette with nothing in,

Why can they not produce hot cappachino. The system they have of one person making the hot drinks and another of bringing it to you does NOT work. Its a shame as the seating is great and they have a good selection of meals, but they obviously do not train their staff adequately.

Service is shocking. Prepare to wait over an hour for breakfast on the weekend, and that does not include the fifteen minutes that you have to wait in a queue to order from the *one* cashier. Tables are not turned over quickly and there seem to be a lot of staff on but they are poorly managed or trained, and the whole operation seems hectic and disorganised. Once the food eventually arrives it is quite good, and the coffees are usually fantastic, but just not worth the amount of time it takes. Have eaten at other Dome cafes and none are as poor as this.
