This car yard is no good. Few years back got recommended by a guy to use them. Car had massive problems. Repairs were not done correct parts left out and not tight. Motor blew up few weeks into loan and i had to pay tow fee to get it to there shop. Fair trading rep deemed it non roadworthy. There the only default on my credit ive tried emailing in house and can not contact. Bined by a contract. Yes but only by its words. If you do not get what you signed for the contract is invalid. And if your sales reps do not make sure the contract is understood clear. That is also reoson for contracts to be void
I was told to come in and look at their 2006 Ford Territory .. When I arrived it was a Ford Explorer 2004.. I was still in need of a tow car and after promises from the caryard management decided to make a deposit and purchase the car. The car yard management promised us that the car would be in A1 condition on pick up with 6 months rego and no defects. When we picked the car up it had NO handbrake,No blinker lights .. not even the bulbs in the slots, leaking LPG and more.. ..I have never had so many warranty defects and road defects in a car. After just 75km\'s from purchase the differential blew up. After long talks with the car yard they 1st denied that the car had any warranty.. After showing the warranty form (Form 4) they then asked me to pay for half of the warranty issues.I was then told to leave because I was arguing with them and to call back later while they checked out the problems. The car yard then agreed to fix the problems.. BUT .. when I picked up ...read more
I've never missed a payment, always had my car serviced on time and I for one am extremely unhappy. To begin with, the original car I was buying and had applied for finance for was sold. I then had to wait for another suitable car to come in. I was then given a "loan car" to drive til my new one was ready and was assured it was safe as I had concerns since they pulled it from the back of their yard and I was driving kids around. It broke down and wouldn't start. Then there was existing damage to the back end of my new car which was repaired by their mechanics but its all fallen out. Then after payingt an extra $3500 for warranty and 3 years of servicing in advance on top of the sale price, the very 1st service, my oil cap was left off by them. So we drove around for 2 to 3 days with oil going everywhere before we realised. The car hasn't been the same since. All they did to fix it was wash the oil off. Now after nearly 4 years of paying $110 a week on time without a missed ...read more
I have never owned a car with so many problems. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and the mechanics that work in their shop do the worst work I have ever seen. I would never recommend anyone to this car yard so if your thinking about buying a car from them, don't. You will be disappointed. That's a guarantee. I hope this review saves at least 1 person from making the same mistake I did.
