Gloria Jean's Coffees

It's been a while since I've been here but went today and wasn't impressed at all. Coffee was very bitter and even though I asked for 2 sugars when ordering they forgot to put them in as they were "busy" (probably no more than 2 customers waiting), ordered a slice of cake as well which obviously has been there for a while as it was really dry. There are many better coffee places around the plaza than this place.

I find this cafe to be average, they have a nice selection of cakes and pastries but find their selections of drinks to be below average. They have a lot to choose from but hardly any cold ones except for water or ice coffee which I don't like. The service also varies from time to time and there is too much seating in such a small place that you have trouble moving about.

The worst coffee I have ever had in the city of Wyndham!!! Since when do you make a Long Black by putting a shot of espresso in the cup and then filling the cup up with boiling water from a kettle. On tasting, I found it so weak that I could barely taste the coffee. On complaining, they said they would put an extra short in it for me. Three seconds later they handed it back to me. Makes me think where the extra shot came from, as their is no way known they could have put an extra shot in the cup in that time.
