They sent a white-van contractor to do my installation, he was not an employee. Half way through the job I complained about the rough workmanship and he told me to phone the office and stop talking to him. That was pointless because the lady I spoke to turned out to be the owners daughter. 2 walls need re painting now and he walked all over new plants.
They were not the lowest price but we chose Gosford Air because they have a physical location, not just working from home. Unfortunately, our install was done by a contractor, not by Gosford Air staff. Late, messy, faulty work that needed 2 more visits to stop the main breaker throwing out every time we switched the ducted system on. They tried to bill us for those 2 extra visits. No way.

if you copuld please call me on 4353 1533. I have searched your name in our data base and you are not coming up. We do not ever charge to go back on new installs for fix ups, we send our in house team of service techs out to do all follow up works even if the contractor has done something wrong.
I would truly appreciate a call to sort this out.

Gosford Air Conditioning installed 12 split A/C units in my building over 10 years ago. I have always found the team at Gosford Air very helpful and accommodating when these units needed servicing or repair.
