The Coffee Club

I went to the coffee club today and I have two lovely ladies making my drinks. I think their names both started with J. I had the a salted caramel frappe and my friend had a coffee. I also had bacon and eggs on toast which my eggs where cook just right and my friend had the French toast. We both loved our drink and meals
I would recommend 10/10.

My sister and I visited The Coffee Club Tuggerah for morning tea last Friday, 31st May. What a dreadful experience! We ordered coffee and scones. The cafe was not busy, maybe 6 tables of people mostly all of whom had their meals. There were multiple staff members, and although friendly and polite, they didn’t really seem to know what to do. After we sat for 30 minutes, I asked if our coffee’s were ready. They apologised and said they would chase them up. After nothing, and 45 minutes later, we asked again. They were very apologetic and said they have a new computer system and things keep getting lost, and they are not sure how to use the system yet. Well, eventually the coffees came, but they were Luke warm and not pleasant. We finally got the scones. They were toasted on the outside, and when we cut them they were frozen in the middle. My husband and I went to the coffee club at tuggerah yesterday for breakfast and was not happy with the food or the service, we order scrambled eggs with bacon and hash brown, but when we finally got our food it was only Luke warm and by the time we finished the eggs were cold and horrible, they weren't yellow they were a horrible brown colour. The coffees weren't much better, it was very expensive for what we got and we won't be going back there ever again. If that's how head office think their clubs should be run they should really rethink their ideas as they will soon go broke if service is allowed to keep going like our experience.

I was very impressed, we stopped here recently for breakfast and we are not disappointed by the food, or the service. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful, getting a table wasn't a problem. The food was delivered quickly and was nice and warm. I wanted just *plain* pancakes, without the caramelised bananas and sauce the meal came with and I was easily able to order *plain pancakes*. Hubby had avocado mash on toast with tomoto and mushrooms and loved his food. Had a nice Orange Juice with mine and hubby had a lovely cappucinno. We will certainly be back another day

really good food and choice
